The Coil SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs # CSS-1145 and # CSS-1145R are exactly the same. We also have the # CSS-1145F which is the same. We created the Rear # CSS-1145R and Front # CSS-1145F specific products to eliminate confusion when looking up the products by vehicle application.
