Troubleshooting Power Loss To Certain Circuit Breakers In A Progressive Dynamics Power Center
Question:
I have a progressive power control center that only has 115v to 1 side of the buss bar. AC works but the microwave side of the buss doesnt. No voltage. There is dual voltage coming in but when it splits it doesnt have power to the right side.

Your Progressive Dynamics # PD4135K should have one power wire coming into the panel and connecting to a 30amp circuit breaker as the main for the hot bus bar. With that circuit breaker on power would transfer through the entire hot bus bar powering the rest of the circuits. With there only being two other spaces for circuit breakers the manufacturer most likely placed tandem circuit breakers so you could have essentially 4 circuit breakers in place to power more appliances.
Unless there was some sort of break in the hot buss bar the only way you'd have an issue would be if the circuit breaker was malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. I recommend disconnecting the main and then examining the bus bar for any damage and then replacing the circuit breaker if nothing is found. If it still doesn't work I recommend reaching out to Progressive Dynamics directly to see if they have ever ran into this issue before.
