Surge Brake Actuator Replacement Recommendation Atwood 85736
Question:
Im looking for a replacement hitch. For a boat trailer. Has an Atwood resivor 85736 with drum brakes. Help.

I would recommend the Demco actuator part # DM72VR. This is for drum brakes, has a much easier to use coupler latch, and is really well made so it will be reliable for a really long time. It would provide better braking action that the Atwood you have now as well.
