Trailer Running Lights Do Not Work on 2012 Nissan Frontier with Tow Ready Harness 118267 Installed

Hooked up and signals and brake lights work but no running lights. I am pretty sure its not the trailer. Any suggestions?

7-Way trailer connector # 118267 is meant as a replacement for a 2012 Nissan Frontier that came with a factory 7-Way trailer connector. If your truck did not originally come with the factory 7-Way then it will not be fully functional.

The truck is missing a jumper harness. The jumper harness is not available by itself so you would need the complete harness # 118266.

If you are replacing an OEM 7-Way then it sounds like you just need to add a blue relay to the jumper harness, from the Curt Relay Kit # C57000. Use the truck owner's manual to find its location.
