I have a 97 Elete trailer model 18SAB. Would this be the correct assembly?

As long as the hubs on your 1997 Elite Trailer use the bearings and grease seal listed below then yes, the Dexter Trailer Hub & Drum Assembly for 3,500-lb Axles # 84546UC3-EZ will work:
- Inner Bearing # L68149
- Outer Bearing # L44649
- Grease Seal 10-19 (1.719" ID)
About 2000 is when trailers started to sort of us standardized parts which is why it's important to check your bearings and grease seal for compatibility.
