Is a 4-Wire Vehicle Side 4-Way Connector Compatible with a 5-Wire Trailer Side 4-Way Connector
Question:
Will this kit work? I have 2002 frontier. My trailer has a 4 pin with 5 wires on trailer harness, white, 2 browns, yellow and green.

Your trailer has what is called a wishbone harness. On a wishbone harness the running light circuit is split at the connector and will have two wires for one pin, one for each side of the trailer. This is so you do not have to run a jumper wire from one side of the trailer to get running lights for the other side.
The 4-Way wiring harness # C55362 for your 2002 Nissan Frontier will be compatible with a wishbone harness, no problem.
