I am happy to help point you in the right direction, but we do not have a way to look ou a year, make, model or VIN of a trailer and know what kind of hubs are on it. EZ Loader may be able to look up a VIN for you. Otherwise, the best way is to remove a hub and confirm some specs. We would want to confirm the lug pattern, and the inner and outer bearing sizes.
For example, the # CE13311 that you were looking at is a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern and it uses a # L44649 inner and outer bearing (1.063" inner diameter). Another common hub is the # AKIHUB-440-2-G-1K which is a 4 lug hub and uses a # L44643 (1" ID) inner and outer bearing. If you can confirm the lug pattern and bearing sizes, that will tell us everything we need to know in order to recommend a replacement.
