How to Remove LM11949 Trailer Bearing for Repacement

Question:

Wood splitter Trailer bearing LM 11949, how do I get the old bearing off? I have the nut off the hub already

You need to pull the hub off of the trailer spindle. This will remove the bearing and make it easier to check to make sure everything is greased properly. Be sure to pick up the following parts so you get both the bearing and the race:

- Bearing # LM11949
- Race # LM11910

I also recommend making sure all of your bearings are in good shape. If the one you're replacing is worn out or became damaged then there's a good chance the others are close to the same condition.
