Are the Hook Arms of the Longview Tow Mirrors for 2017 GMC Savana Durable
Question:
The hook arms for the Longview towing mirror on a 2017 Savana seem to be breaking for a lot of customers. Would you have any idea why this might be happening and what could be done to prevent it? I see one user has designed his own part. I really like the look and design of this mirror, but would be concerned about having one fall off while going down the road.

We actually have not seen the hook arms of the Longview Tow Mirrors part # LVT-1700 that fit your 2017 GMC Savana break often. I went through our reviews and didn't find any mention of it. If you install these mirrors properly I would not anticipate them having any issues. In the off chance something doe happen we do have replacement hooks with the part # KLV-1710.
