Correct Replacement Key and Lock for a Sears X-Cargo 20 Cargo Box

Hi there! How could I get a replacement key for the bindings that lock my Sears X-cargo 20 cargo rack to the top of my car. I know how to find a replacement key for the cargo unit itself, but I also need a replacement key for the bindings. Thank you!!
