The Thule Passage 2 Bike Rack, # TH910XT, is listed as a fit for your 2004 Lexus RX330, however, if your vehicle has a plastic spoiler at the top of the rear hatch, then I recommend using the Hollywood Racks Over-the-Top 2 Bike Rack, # HRF2, to prevent possible damage to your spoiler.

Trunk mount bike racks require two straps to hook to the top edge of a trunk or rear hatch. These straps will put the weight of the bike rack and bikes on the spoiler which could deform or damage the spoiler over time. The Over-the-Top bike rack routes the straps over the spoiler so they are not supporting additional weight.

If you plan on carrying any womens, childrens or alternative frame bikes, then I recommend picking up the Thule Bike Adapter Bar, # TH982XT.
