Troubleshooting Powered Lift Not Working on Fan-Tastic Vent
Question:
Good afternoon, I received and installed the powered lift but it is still not lifting when the switch is turned on. Could it be the switch and if so, do you sell those and is it easily replaceable? Thanks

Since everything works aside from the power lift, and the motor didn't fix the problem, I would say it is a bad control board. You could certainly test the switch for power if you want, but it isn't available as a separate replacement. The board isn't available on its own either so you will need the # FV807359.
This replaces the internal components of your vent which will end the need to troubleshoot further. It does cost a bit more than an individual replacement part, but it also beats having to replace the entire vent.
