Is the switch circuit board accessible so that a parallel wall switch can be installed?

The switch circuit board is accessible for the MaxxAir MaxxFan Mini Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # MA00-04401M once you're able to pull down the control panel, but since connecting the power wires is part of the installation you might consider just tying in your second switch at that point and using it almost like a breaker.
