Do Trailer Disc Brake Components all Need to be the Same Brand
Question:
I have the db 42 brakes on my boat trailer. rotors are good and I have a spare rotor hub assy that I carry. can I reuse my rotors or do I have to change them to go to the Kodiak calipers and pads ?

Trailer disc brake components are all very brand specific. What that means is that you would need to have the brake caliper bracket, rotor, and caliper all from the same brand otherwise everything won't line up.
