Will K Source Universal Towing Mirrors Fit a 2006 Chevy Silverado 1500

Question:

Will the above mirrors properly adapt to my 2006 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 factory mirrors? Please tell me something about the optical quality of the mirror. Any complaints about visual distortion?

I have had the K Source universal towing mirror # KS3891 out at my desk and it is a good quality universal towing mirror. The glass is convex and makes reflections appear smaller than with a flat mirror, allowing you to see more.

The glass is actual glass, not plastic or some other material. The straps are rubber and the plastics used are not going to corrode like a metal towing mirror might.

We have had numerous reviews on this product and it has a high average, currently 4.7 out of 5 stars. The biggest complaint about towing mirrors that fit onto factory mirrors is vibration. You are going to have that with any universal towing mirror. I have not heard of anyone having an issue with excessive vibration using this towing mirror.
