How Do Furrion Rooftop AC Units Drain Condensation Build Up

Question:

Yes my current Coleman Mach 10 unit has a condensate pump. The drain tray drains to a separate plastic container which the pump is attached to. The pump then pumps it down a tube in side panel of rv. Do you know what the Furrion does with the condensate that comes off the coils? How does it drain?

Expert Reply:

Furrion units like the Furrion Chill HE Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Coleman Setup # FR32PV you referenced all have multiple holes in the drain pan to allow condensation build up to drain out onto the roof of the trailer. With this design there isn't a way to connect a tube and control the direction of the water as it drains.
