Recommended E-Bike Bike Rack w/ Clamps Not Hooks

Question:

Which hitch bike racks have clamps instead of shepherd hooks that can clamp onto a seat post? My e-bike is step through with no upper bar for the hook and the mid drive motor is too wide for the hooks.
