You can definitely use a ladder like Stromberg Carlson Exterior RV Ladder # LA-401BA on your 2017 Starcraft Comet Mini Travel Trailer, but you'll want to reach out to the manufacturer to get the stud diagram to ensure you're mounting the ladder to something solid without having to guess. You'll also need some butyl tape # AL28FJ and sealant to waterproof the mounting screws and prevent leaks into the wall of the trailer.
