Is The OEM Brake Switch On A 2018 Ram 1500 Usable When Flat Towing
Question:
I have a 2018 ram 1500. I have a stay and play with the brake light indicator not wireless which color wire on the brake switch do I hook to and where is it located. The brake switch has 3 wires one green with willow stripe shows hot all the time. One green with brown stripe shows hot all the time. Third wire is green with brown stripe never shows hot. Can you help me. Thanks

The brake switch on a 2018 Ram 1500 is not usable for this purpose. You will need to use a stop light switch # RM-751000.This will provide a signal to the supplemental braking system.
