Options For Replacing Self Closing Hinges On A 2001 Coleman Fleetwood Sedona

I am wanting to replace the hinges in my 2001 Coleman Fleetwood Sedona. They are self closing and the flat piece of the hinge needs to be 1.5 inches. I cannot find that size at any local hardware shop. Can you guys help? Needing nickel color. Thanks so much!

I went out to our warehouse and measured these self closing hinges # 37270575. It appears the flat piece is exactly 1-1/2". We made a drawing which I have included below. I hope this helps!
