Can Spacers Be Used To Install The Curt Gooseneck Plate On a 2012 Ford F-350?

Do you use any spacers on the bolts between the top of the frame and bottom of the bed when using this plate ? thx

I have another recommendation for you as the Curt Gooseneck Flat Plate # C65500 was designed for custom applications such as cab and chassis vehicles or flat bed trucks. With your 2012 Ford F-350 I recommend installing the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1111. This includes custom mounting hardware so you will not have to drill into your frame. This gooseneck ball can be flipped over allowing you to still be able to use your truck bed when not towing.

If you choose to go with the Curt, you can install spacers when mounting to your frame. You may need to install some additional support with the plate depending on how much you will be towing.
