Should SumoSprings Be Centered Over 2011 Nissan Xterra Axle
Question:
Hello I concerned about the placement of my newly installed Sumo Springs on 2011 Xterra. They are not centered over the axle, and are setting toward the front. Is this a problem? I have Sumo Springs on other vehicles that line up ok. Thanks

If you installed either of the SumoSpring kits designed for your 2011 Nissan Xterra, part # SSR-210-40 or part # SSR-210-47, and the mounting bracket installed correctly and everything is seated as it should be, then I would say the helper springs are working as intended.
If you installed a different kit on your Xterra or something was broken or out of place then that could be a contributing factor.
We haven't installed either of these kits on an Xterra before so I have nothing to compare to, but if you want to shoot me some photos of your whole setup I can send it over to my contact at SuperSprings to confirm everything is installed correctly.
