Is 2020 Jayco Eagle 347BHOK Prepped for Side Cameras on Furrion Vision S Camera System

Question:

I have a 2020 Jayco Eagle 347BHOK. It is prepped for a Furrion rear camera. What I am wondering is if the unit is prepped for side cameras? I know the side markers blink and this could cause issues with the camera blanking out if I just use the existing wiring to the marker. Thought?

I personally think the 3-camera systems from Furrion, like the Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System # FCE48TASL-05, are one of the best options out there because they give you a better view of your surroundings.

When installing the side cameras you will need to wire them to the running light circuit as well as the turn signals, so the side camera installation won't be as cut and dry as the rear camera. The running light circuit will give them power while the turn signals not only activate that side light, but it also tells that side camera to turn on (while powered by the headlights) so you get a better view of clearance on that side of your trailer.

Please note that if your tow vehicle is a 2020 GMC Sierra 2500 that you input in our fitguide that you'll also need the 7-Way Vehicle Power Adapter # FR87PR as your truck doesn't supply enough power for these cameras to run on their own - this adapter essentially boosts the power being sent to the cameras for them to work correctly.
