The etrailer Motorcycle Carrier w/ Ramp for 2" Hitch # e98873 has 3 different hitch pin holes with the following measurements from the center of the hitch pin hole to the closest part of the rack:

First hitch pin hole: 7-5/16"
Second hitch pin hole: 5-5/16"
Third hitch pin hole: 3-5/16"

If you measure from the center of the hitch pin hole on your Jeep's trailer hitch out to the end of the spare tire and it's less than 7-5/16" then you would be good to go.
