What Info is Needed to Pick Out Replacement 5k Axle

Looking for a 5000lb axle for a 6x12 suretrac utility trailer, is this something I can get ?

We don't have any 5k axles but we have some that are similar in capacity. To pick them out you would also need to know the distance from hub face to hub face as well as spring seat center to spring seat center. I attached a link to a page that has all of the 5,200 lb axles when you know what you need. Keep in mind we don't have every axle configuration so if you don't see what you need you would need to find a local trailer shop to you who can order in what you'd need.
