How To Connect A CTEK Charger To Batteries Wired In Parallel
Question:
Good Day. I have two 100 AH batteries wired in parallel. I want to use a CTEK battery charger and I am wondering exactly how do I hook it up to batteries wired in parallel. Also will they drain and charge equally? Thank you for your help.

When connecting the Ctek Charger # CTEK56353 to batteries wired in parallel, the positive from the Ctek would go to positive on battery 1. The negative on the Ctek would go to the negative of battery 2. The charger would charge the first battery first, then slowly charge the second while the charger replenishes the first battery. It would be much faster to charge each battery separately.
