Will Changing Tire Size of Vehicle Affect Curt BetterWeigh Tongue Weight Scale

Will the Curt Betterweigh still be accurate after I have changed out the factory tires, which were 275/60R20, for LT265/60R20 10 ply tires? Thanks.
