Can Putco Locker Truck Bed Side Rails Fit with BAK Flip MX4 Tonneau Rails

I have a 2022 Ford F250 with a Back Flip MX4 tonneau cover. The cover does rest on the bed rails about 3/4. Will the Putco Locker Truck Bed Side Rails P88871 fit without interfering? If not, what brand and model side rails do you recommend?
