Which Wire is the Power and Ground on a Dutton-Lainson StrongArm Electric Winch Wiring Harness

Question:

THank you for quick asnwer. I think I worded my question wrong. I bought the boat and trailer used it has the power cord with the switch end for the winch with two wires both red comming out of it, the red wires have been cut short before so there is no marking on them. I just didnt want to hook it backwards just need to know which wire would be ground looking down at the switch at the bottom where the 2 wires are comming out which one would be ground right or left side. From what I could find on the Dutton-Lainson Wiring Harness for DC StrongArm SA Series Electric Winches # DL24049 used on the Dutton-Lainson StrongArm Electric Winch # DL25500 (SA5000DC), the ground will be the wire coming out of the bottom right side of the switch and the power will be the wire coming out of the bottom left side of the switch.

I have included a picture showing this.
