Question:
2014 F-150 3.7L. Gas. Do I need a second battery in line to operate a 7 Pin trailer brake kit and 22 ft. Camp trailer being towed

You would not need a second battery or a second battery line to have the 12 volt accessory circuit of the 7-way on your 2014 Ford F-150 active. The 1:00 pin of the 7-way would already have this ready and available. If you were using a 4-way to 7-way adapter like the # 30717 that you referenced the 12 volt circuit is already present at the rear of the vehicle.
