If the locks on the crossbars of your Rola Haul-Your-Might T3 Truck Bed Ladder Rack # 59799 aren't wanting to turn then they either are clogged up with something and you can try to spray them out with some WD40 or you might be using the wrong key. I would double check that you have the correct key and didn't accidentally swap it out with the keys from an other accessory that you have. If you still can't get the locks to properly operate you can most likely order replacement lock cores through Rola and just drill out the current locks so that you can swap them out.
