Is it safe to drill holes in my trailer frame for Mounting Brackets for Trailer Fender - 8/12 Wheels - Galvanized Steel - Qty 2 Item # CE26061G-2. The frame is 1-1/2 x 4 C-channel. My boat is 1200 lbs. Thank You,

Yes it is perfectly safe to drill holes in your trailer frame to install the Fender Mounting Brackets part # CE26061G-2. It would not affect the integrity of the trailer frame at all.
