Will this harness be plug and playfoot with my 2014 Tundra?

The part you referenced, the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter for Electric Brake Controllers # 3040-P, is a plug-and-play adapter suited for use in various Toyota and Lexus vehicles that are equipped with a factory tow package that includes a factory 7-way trailer connector at the back bumper.
If your Tundra is so equipped it will also have an under-dash connection port that will mate with the square connector on the harness (see linked photo) to allow simple plug-in installation of # 3040-P. If your Tundra has a complete tow package and all required fuses/relays are installed to activate the tow package wiring then you will be all set to use a trailer brake controller such as the Prodigy P2 # 90885.
