The mounting brackets for the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers # AL88240 shouldn't require any drilling into the Ford F-53 chassis of your 2012 Newmar Bay Star motorhome. Depending on where you install the air line inlets you might have to do some drilling. With how open the front end is you could most likely mount them up near the front hatch where you can easily reach them to fill the air springs. I've attached a video below where Dave will walk you though the installation process.

If you're wanting to also install an on-board air compressor to make filling the air springs on demand then I recommend the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System for Air Helper Springs # AL25980EZ. This system comes with remote to easily activate the compressor and is also Bluetooth compatible so that you can activate it or simply just monitor your air springs psi levels with your smart device.
