How to Reset Zero Point on the Lippert Ground Control 3.0

Question:

i have 2016 cedar creek fifth wheel lippert six point hydraulic system worked really good until last winter battery went dead now nothing work as it did before. when auto leveling right rear jack lifts wheels off the ground other jacks dont raise the rv until the right jack is extended as far as it can go. another is when preparing to leave the camp site push button to retract slides and all rear jacks will come up before slides will come in. sometimes when i start to raise the front it retracts instead of extending. i have searched the internet and didnt find anyone with any of these problems. thanks for your help.

I spoke with Lippert about your Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System w Touchpad and Remote # LC358590 and they suggest that you try and reset your zero point.

To do this, you'll need to:

1. Set a carpenter’s level on the floor inside the unit and use the manual controls to manually level the unit
according to the carpenter’s level. Do this for front to back and side to side level.

2. Once the unit is level, press the “ON/OFF” button to turn off the interface.

3. With the interface turned off, press and release the “FRONT” button 10 times and then press and release
the “REAR” button 10 times.

The interface will flash and beep, and the display should read “ZERO POINT CALIBRATE”. To set this position in the memory, press “ENTER”.

Attached is a snippet from the instructions that shows this for you to check out as well.

If that does not fix it, feel free to come back and we can try some other troubleshooting.
