Question:
We are trying to replace our domestic ac unit but the new unit only has one wiring plug and the old one has two. How can I make the new one work?

If you have a Carrier Air AC system then you would have a second set of connectors for the wire harness and would need the Carrier Adapter Wiring Kit for Advent Air RV Air Conditioners # ACCARKIT in order to plug your replacement unit into the controller. If you have something else then please send in some pictures of the connectors and I'd be happy to take a look.
