What are the dimension from the mounting bolt centers. That jack that I am replacing is 4-1/2 and 5-1/2, and I want to buy something that will bolt right up

I went to our warehouse and pulled one of these Fulton Swivel Marine Jack, part # FTJ12000101. I took a couple of the measurements of the mounting bracket for you. I have attached a photo that shows the dimensions you asked about. As the photo shows the center to center mounting holes measure 4-1/2 inches and 5-1/2 inches. With the dimensions you mentioned, I am certain this would be a good replacement for you.

The height of this bracket when the jack is retracted is 13 inches and when extended the bracket height is 23 inches. This means the jack has a lift of 10 inches. This jack has a 1200 lb lift capacity, a 6 inch thermoplastic wheel and will fit trailer tongues up to 3 x 5 inches.
