No, there is not a swivel mount available for the Bulldog Dropleg Trailer Jack, item # BD182400. At this time we do not have a swivel mount jack rated over 2000 pounds. We do have the Pull Pin, Easy Swivel Trailer Jack with Foot - Sidewind - 15 inches Travel - 2,000 lbs., item # DL22689.
