Radial or Bias 13 Inch Trailer Tire
Question:
I am going to go to a 13 inch tire on my fleetwood Yuma trailer aand wanted to wich is more worthy ,a bias ply or should I go to a radial. Which is better

One hundred percent go with the 13 inch radial trailer tire, the Karrier ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire # AM10199.
Bias tires are really only best for agricultural use while radial tires are best for normal, everyday roadways. The reason for that is bias tires have cords which run diagonally while radial tires have cords that run from side-to-side. What this does is result in radial tires flexing more, running cooler (which means they last longer), and providing better road traction.
