Recommended Roof Rack for a 2022 Chevy Malibu w/ a Naked Roof

Hello, I am looking for a roof rack for a 2022 Malibu with nothing on the roof. Also will the Rightline range 3 cargo bag fit in the Rhino Rack roof basket RMCB02?
