Curt Echo Getting Errors
Question:
After connecting Kurt eco-smart brake controller to my Tesla model Y, it constantly gives a disconnect and reconnect error message. Is there a need for an update?

Thank you for your purchase directly from etrailer of the Curt Echo Wireless Brake Controller # C51180. And while there is not a need for an update, based on my understanding of what you wrote, the problem could be with the pairing. Try going into your settings on your phone and make sure to disconnect the Bluetooth from the Echo, then go to the Curt app and pair the brake controller. If you do not disconnect the Bluetooth from the Echo in your settings it will not allow you to pair. If this doesn't work you have a warranty claim with Curt.
