How much do you cut off a 60inch Ladder for a 54inch bunk?

It sounds like a question posed in a math book for someone in school but thankfully there isn't very much math involved in this situation. Simply take the 60" bunk ladder, like the Stromberg Carlson RV Bunk Ladder # LA-460, and lean it up against your bunk. If you don't like the angle and you want it closer to the bunk then you can slowly adjust the ladder up until the desired angle is achieved, then mark the legs and cut off whatever is necessary.

Everyone has different preferences which is why there isn't an exact number.

Best option we offer is going to be a ladder like the part #SP505B which is 60 inches long. You would just have to use it at different angles between the two different height bunks you have.
