I am going to install kit 56007-53 on my 2008 Chevy Silverado 2500 8 foot bed. The truck has a factory installed integrated brake controller will I need to use the brake control bracket relocation part number 58318 on my 2008 with this outboard bracket kit?

Yes, you will need the Factory Brake Controller Relocation Bracket Kit # 58318 to install the Reese Custom Fifth Wheel Rail and Bracket Kit part # RP56007-53 on your 2008 Chevy Silverado 2500 with an 8 foot bed because you have the integrated factory brake controller.
This kit will relocate your factory controller along the frame rails to allow enough clearance to install fifth wheel or gooseneck rails.
