Solution to Carry E-Bike Rack While Towing Malone Kayak Trailer

Question:

I have a Malone trailer for my kayak and am wondering if there is a roof rack I could use on my trailers crossbars vs. the roof of a vehicle? And if so, it would potentially be for an ebike with fenders. Thanks so much

I have a solution for you but it's a little outside of the box because the roof bike racks don't have the capacity for the heavier e-bikes like what you have. So instead what I would recommend is the Curt dual hitch adapter part # D210 which would allow you to carry a bike rack in the upper hitch opening and then use the ball mount platform to tow the trailer.

Then for a bike rack the Swagman E-Spec part # S94FR would be a great option that uses frame clamps that are compatible with the fenders of your bike.
