On the goal zero change controller 10amp, what does the first icon on the charge controller indicate? It looks like a sun and it lights up red, is that ok?

The red light you're seeing on the first icon of your Goal Zero PWM Solar Charge Controller # GZ43FR is going to display if your panel is receiving a charge and is charging the battery. If it starts to flash it would indicate a weak charge from the panel.
