I am sorry but no. The B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Custom Installation Kit item # BWGNRM1104 you referenced fits the F-150's from that generation of Ford trucks not the F-250's.

The B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch item # BWGNRK1108 is the full system for the 2006 F-250's. This uses the Turnoverball Gooseneck Custom Installation Kit item # BWGNRM1108 and the item # BWGNRC800 center section.

To make towing with a 5th wheel easier I recommend adding the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness item # C56000. This harness puts a 7-way connector in the bed of your truck and allows you to keep the one on your bumper. This makes hooking up to your 5th wheel trailer easier and more convenient.
