Recommended Replacement Coupler Lock for a CP Coupler Lock

Replacement keys from that manufacturer have not been available for some time so getting a replacement may prove to be a challenge.

If it were me, I'd replace the entire situation with a newer one as you'd likely end up paying close to the same price for just a key.

I recommend checking out the Master Lock Trailer Coupler Lock # ML389DAT.

This coupler lock can be used on 1-7/8", 2" and 2-5/8" couplers, and uses a Wafer-Tumbler locking mechanism which is designed to resist picking and prying. The only drawback is since you don't have a key for your current lock, you're going to have to cut the old one off or hire someone to cut it off.
