Output Voltage Of The Progressive Dynamics PD9160ALV Converter

Question:

I just received my Progressive Dynamics PD9160AL converter. Then I test the output from the converter no batteryI am only get 14.3 volts vs the 14.6 rating. My order number was 114880483 for reference. I need to know if this is normal or if I have a problem? Could not find anything on Progressives website saying 14.3 is normal. Thanks .

The Progressive Dynamics PD9100L Series Battery Converter Charger w/ BMS # PD9160ALV has an output range of 13.6 - 14.6 VDC so seeing 14.3v would be normal.
