The Extang BlackMax tonneau covers were discontinued and makes locating the correct replacement parts a little more difficult to find.

From what I could find using your truck information, it looks like you most likely have the Extang BlackMax part 2625. Which makes the Replacement Tarp for Extang BlackMax Soft Tonneau Cover # EX1625 the correct replacement cover.

I do recommend verifying that this is the correct cover. You can do this by comparing it to the part number on your cover. The part number is typically 10-11 digits, stamped along the underside of the cover, typically located at the driver side cab corner.
