Option For Light Weight Distribution Shank For 2 Inch Hitch

Question:

I am looking for an adjustable shank that is lighter weight than the one I have. The one I have is 18 by 12 and probably weighs in excess of 50 pounds. The ball mount is an ez hitch round bar with a 2 5/16 ball. When I had a PU Truck it was okay. But now I have a 2021 KIA Sedona van with a 3500 pound towing capacity. I am trying to reduce the weight on the back of my van. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

From what I can gather you are looking for a lighter shank for your weight distribution system, and there is an option for one that fits a 2 inch hitch, from Fastway, and weighs just 23 lbs:
